5月7日より、宝塚花のみちにカップケーキ専門店を期間限定でオープンします。
店名はLa Violette (ラ ヴィオレット）。
フランス語で「すみれ」「紫」という意味です。宝塚の市花が「すみれ」であることから、ここ宝塚の発展を願ってLa Violette と名付けました。
花の道を通るお客様に美しいフラワーカップケーキとお飲み物を提供します。
お店のコンセプトは、ナイフとフォークでいただく「ちょっと贅沢なカップケーキ屋さん」。
自分自身へのご褒美に、また、大切な誰かに贈りたくなるような印象に残るカップケーキを提供します。
フラワーカップケーキとは名前の通り、「食べられる花」をイメージした、見た目の美しいスイーツです。
試作を繰り返して辿り着いたオリジナルレシピにより、見た目だけでなく、口溶けの良いスポンジベースを実現しました。
小麦粉は国内製造の一等粉を、また、ショートニングやマーガリンを一切使わず、素材にこだわったフワフワのカップケーキベースに、純正のバタークリームのみを使用しております。
細かい手作業で、一つ一つ丁寧に仕上げる為、時間がかかり大量生産することができません。
数に限りがありカップケーキが無くなり次第、営業を終了させていただきます。

The store name is La Violette.
It means “violet” or “purple” in French. Since the city flower of Takarazuka is “violet”, I named it La Violette in the hope of the development of Takarazuka.
We offer beautiful flower cupcakes and drinks to customers passing through the famous path called “Hana no michi” flower path in Takarazuka.
The concept of the shop is “a little luxurious cupcake shop”.
As the name suggests, flower cupcakes are beautiful sweets with the image of “edible flowers”.
With the original recipe that I arrived at after repeated prototyping, we realized a sponge base that not only looks good but also melts in your mouth.
We create a flower pattern using only genuine butter cream on a fluffy cupcake base that sticks to the material without using any shortening or margarine.
Because it is carefully finished one by one with detailed manual work, it takes time and cannot be mass-produced.
On the day of the event, we will close the business as soon as the cupcakes baked in the store run out.
