Q : カップケーキの材料について教えてください。
A : 鶏卵（国産）、砂糖、バター、牛乳、小麦粉、大白胡麻油、塩、着色料（一部に小麦粉、卵、乳成分を含む）
Q : カップケーキの種類と金額について知りたいのですが、どこで調べればよいですか？
A : ギフト用カップケーキの種類と金額は弊社ホームページでご覧ください。店内でお召しいただくカップケーキにつきましては、デザインは”design of the day”となり、お選びいただけません。カップケーキセットとしてお好きなお飲み物と合わせて990円（税込）でご提供致します。
Q : オーダープランとは何ですか？
A : お誕生日などのイベント用にメッセージ、名入れなど、テーマや目的に応じたカップケーキをご用意致します。オーダーカップケーキの金額はデザインによって異なる為、Contactフォームよりお問い合わせください。
Q : カップケーキを予約したいのですが、どこで頼めば良いですか？
A : 弊社ホームページのContactより店内でお召し上がりいただくカップケーキのご予約を承ります。またギフトセットはShopページよりご購入いただけます。
Q : イベントが中止になった為、オーダーしていたカップケーキをキャンセルしたいのですがキャンセル料はかかりますか？
A : 食材準備などの関係で以下の場合にキャンセル料をご負担いただきます。
受取日当日のキャンセル： オーダー金額の１００%
前日のキャンセル： ５０％
それ以前のキャンセル： 無料
Q : 店頭でギフトセットを販売していますか？
A : ギフトセットをご予約いただいたお客様用とは別に、限定10セットを先着順にて店頭販売しております。
Q : 季節商品（バレンタイン、母の日、ハロウイン、クリスマスなど）はありますか？
A : ご希望に応じてお作り致しますので、オーダープランをご利用ください。また、ホームページ上で季節商品、限定商品をご案内する場合がございますので、ご予約前に弊社ホームページの商品情報をご覧ください。
Q : アレルギー対応カップケーキはありますか？
A : 申し訳ございませんが、現在扱っておりません。
Q : カップケーキの大きさを教えてください。
A : バタークリームの花びらや葉の飛び出した部分は含めずに、直径7㎝×高さ6㎝程度です。
Q : カップケーキの保存方法を教えてください
A : 要冷蔵（10°以下）で保存いただき、お召し上がりの30分ほど前に冷蔵庫からお出しいただくのがオススメです。バタークリームは常温でも硬くても美味しいレシピ配合にしておりますので、お好みでお召し上がりください。
Q : カップケーキの保存期間を教えてください
A : 賞味期限は冷蔵保存で購入日の翌々日です。
Q : 子供用のに着色料を使わないカップケーキをさがしています。どのような種類がありますか？
A : 着色料不使用のプレーンカップケーキ（白一色）、カップケーキベースのみの取り扱いがございます。
Q : 贈り物に悩んでいるので、1番人気のカップケーキを教えてください
A : 一番人気のギフトボックスは、”assorted flower box” で、6種類の花を箱に詰めたセットです。（花の種類は選べません）
Q : 手土産で持っていきたいのですが、バタークリームは溶けてしまいますか？
A : 冬場でしたら、常温でもバタークリームは溶けませんが、夏場ですと1時間程度を目安にクリームの状態が変わりますので保冷剤をご利用ください。
Q : バタークリームにショートニングやマーガリンを使用していますか？
A : ショートニング及びマーガリンは使用しておりません。お年寄りから小さいお子様まで安心してお召し上がりいただけます。
Q : 返品はできますか？
A : 不良品・品違い・破損の場合に限り返品を承ります。商品の特性上、上記以外のお客様のご都合による返品交換はできませんのでご容赦ください。
Q : 店頭で予約はできますか?
A : 店頭でも予約を承っております。
Q : 予約してないのですが、当日お店で購入することはできますか？
A : 在庫がある場合のみ可能です。大量生産ができないことから、限定数がございますことをご了承願います。
Q : カップケーキは何個から買えますか
A : 6個からとなります。
Q : オンラインショップで購入できますか？
A : ホームページよりご予約を承り、受け取り場所は店舗となります。配達及びオンラインショップサービスは現時点では行っておりません。
Q : 飲食代、ギフトボックス代の支払い方法を教えてください。
A : 現金、クレジットカード各種、電子マネー、ID決済でお支払いいただけます。
Q : 領収書は発行してもらえますか？
A : 手書きの領収書の他、お客様のEメールにお送りすることも可能です。

A: A cancellation fee will be charged in the following cases due to the preparation of ingredients.
Cancellation on the day of receipt: 100% of the order amount
Cancellation the day before: 50%
Cancellations before that: Free
Q: Do you sell gift sets in stores?
A: Aside from customers who have booked a gift set, we sell limited 10 sets on a first-come-first-served basis.
Q: Do you have seasonal products (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Halloween, Christmas, etc.)?
A: We will make it according to your request, so please use the order plan. In addition, we may inform you of seasonal and limited products on our website, so please refer to the product information on our website before making a reservation.
Q: Do you have allergy-free cupcakes?
A: We are sorry, but we don’t currently handle it.

A: It is about 7 cm in diameter x 6 cm in height, not including the petals of butter cream or the popping part of the leaves.
Q: Please tell me how to store cupcakes.
A: It is recommended to store it refrigerated (below 10°) and take it out of the refrigerator about 30 minutes before serving. Butter cream is delicious both soft and hard condition, so please enjoy it as you like.
Q: Please tell me the the best before date of the cupcake.
A: The expiration date is two days after the date of purchase if refrigerated.
Q: I’m looking for cupcakes that don’t use coloring for my children. What kind of types are there?
A: We only handle plain cupcakes without coloring (white butter cream top) and cupcake base.
Q: What’s your most popular cupcakes?
A: The most popular gift box is the “assorted flower box”, a set of 6 kinds of flowers in a box. (You can’t choose the type of flowers)
Q: I’d like to bring it as a souvenir. Will the butter cream melt?
A: In winter, the butter cream will not dissolve even at room temperature, but in the summer, the condition of the cream will change after about an hour, so please use some ice packs.
Q: Do you use shortening or margarine for buttercream?
A: Shortening and margarine are not used. From the elderly person to small children, you can enjoy it with confidence.
Q : Can I return the product?
A: We accept returns only in case of defective products, differences, or damage. Due to the characteristics of the product, please understand that returns and exchanges are not possible due to customer circumstances other than the above.
Q: Can I make a reservation at the store?
A: Reservations are also accepted at the store.
Q: I don’t have a reservation, can I buy it at the store on the day?
A: It is only possible if it is in stock. Please note that there is a limited number because it cannot be mass-produced.

A: It starts with 6 pieces as a gift box.
Q: Can I buy it at the online shop?
A: We accept reservations from our website, and the pick-up location will be at the store. We do not offer delivery and online shop service at this moment.
